Terms of Services
GENERAL
You are expected to read and understand the ToS before availing of my services.By availing my services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.I have the right to refuse your requests.You cannot sell my artwork without my permission,You have the right to post the artwork you commissioned me to do as long there is a
watermark or credits in the caption.My work is MY work. You are not allowed to claim it as your own. So do not trace it,
make major changes to my artwork without my consent.I can post your commissioned piece in my portfolio and on social media. (I will always ask for
consent first)
PAYMENTS
After receiving the sketch and you find that you are satisfied, you are required to deposit a minimum of 25% of the total OR you can pay me fully.Without the full payment, you will not receive the full version of my work.
REVISIONS
You have unlimited revisions during the sketch process.Feedback is highly appreciated! If you blindly agree to a specification I am not responsible for your dissatisfaction.Major changes can be made during the sketch process. Color corrections can also be done during the coloring process.Once the artwork is rendered, Only 3 minor changes can be made.If I committed any mistakes (i.e. missing layers) I can change that for free.Any more revisions after the artwork is finished will cost you a fee and it will depend on the changes made.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
You can give me deadlines but rushed commissions will cost you a fee depending on how rushed it is.If you are giving me deadlines, please discuss them with me before paying.I can refuse your deadline for any reason.I will notify you if there is a possible delay.Live2D Models (Artwork) can take me up to 2 - 6 weeks depending on the complexity and my time.Live2D Rigging can take me up to 1 - 3 weeks depending on the complexity and my time.Illustrations can take me up to 1-6 weeks depending on the complexity and my time.3D Works can take me up to 1-6 weeks depending on the complexity and my time.
USE
Personal and Commercial use have different price ranges.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Character Designs, Logos, Overlays, 3D Objects, and Illustrations made by me will always be mine.
REFUNDS
I can only fully refund you during the sketch process. Any later than that would be partial or none at all.I will refund you 100% if I decided to cancel on you.The deposit would not be refunded after you gave it to me. Only the payments after that.
